The Port Authority of NY and NJ seeks an experienced Aviation Chief Development Officer to direct growth, planning, and budgeting of near/long-term infrastructure investments at the five airports.
•Lead the annual capital planning process and ensure each airport advances the highest priority projects while maximizing potential funding from all sources, and for managing the capital delivery process. •Lead cross-functional teams implementing major capital programs, redevelopment programs, planning, asset management, maintenance, and environmental programs at Port Authority’s airports, and be responsible for ensuring teams work collaboratively and strategically to achieve department and agency-level priorities.
•Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture •10+ years complex program management experience in concurrent, transportation infrastructure and technology projects, including knowledge of design, construction and procurement Ideally:
•PE / RE in NY or NJ •Experience in aeronautical navigation, security systems, airline industry business or operating practices
