This senior leadership position will provide guidance and administer policy and procedures for Aviation Security staffing resources. Will primarily focus on delivering front-line security services and a high level of customer service to all stakeholders and business partners at Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) International Airport. Will oversee a large workforce responsible for all employee inspections, employee screening, event security and daily security post orders.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Aviation, Intelligence or related field; and
Ten (10) years of progressive experience in security management similar to working at a large hub airport or other complex 24/7 operational facility.
Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Business, Public Administration, or related field; and/or
Ten (10) plus years’ experience working in airport construction or security management environment with computerized management systems and other technologies to increase customer service, security productivity and control operating costs.
