Responsible for scheduling airport shared facilities and resources such as gates, aircraft parking stands, common-use ticket counters and baggage systems. Develop and maintain advanced gated flight schedules and resource allocations for air carriers by applying developed airport business rules. Function as subject matter expert and liaison regarding the scheduling of shared facilities within the airport. Serve as the system administrator for the INFORM GroundStar Airport Operations Database (AODB) and Resource Management System (RMS), which includes live and seasonal schedule environments.Develop existing RMS and AODB systems to provide capacity for future data demands and position airport to better leverage technology in the future.Provide input for the development and modification of airport resource utilization strategy.Respond to Airport emergency situations 24/7 on-call as well as serve as an active member of Snow Team, working 12 hours on, 12 hours off during snow events in an Incident Command structure.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree and
Three (3) years’ experience airline or airport operations experience at a medium or large-hub commercial service airport.
Master’s degree and
Two (2) years Airline/Airport Project management experience at a medium or large-hub airport and/or gate and resource management at a medium or large-hub airport.
