The Terminal Services Team at Oakland International Airport is committed to providing a seamless and excellent experience to all airport passengers.As part of this commitment, the Oakland Airport is recruiting for the position of Airport Operations Superintendent, Landside (Terminal Services).This role will significantly contribute to the implementation of new programs and services that will enhance the terminal and customer experience.
Under the direction of the Airport Operations Manager, Landside, the Superintendent is responsible for enhancing the passenger and customer service experience at the Oakland International Airport through terminal enhancement programs, stakeholder relations and passenger systems and services.The position also has responsibility for the following:inspection and maintenance of all terminal facilities, including tenant and common areas, wayfinding, signage, ticket counters and baggage system management and coordination, and common use kiosks and areas to name a few. This role will also act as a liaison for capital and technology projects that enhance or impact terminal operations and customer service.
