CMT is looking for a strong leader who is motivated to join the team and take on a new, exciting and challenging opportunity as Principal of Air Service Development (ASD) Consulting. The successful candidate will lead and direct core aspects of CMT’s air service practice including business development, analysis, report development, presentations and client management! In addition, the successful candidate will formulate client recruitment and retention strategy, analyze aviation and economic data, conduct quantitative analysis of air service conditions, prepare air service statistical data reports for clients, and much more. The office geographical work location is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's background and geographical location preference.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, aviation management, or a related field – or equivalent industry experience.
Ten plus years (10+) related experience in one or more of the following areas: airline network planning, air service development, airline revenue management or financial analysis, or other equivalent position related to the analysis of passenger air service data or route/fleet planning. Direct experience working in airline network planning or air service development is preferred.
Minimum of five years-related experience in air service development consulting with existing client network is preferred.
Must be a motivated self-starter able to deliver quality projects on time with minimal direction.
Telecommuting is allowed.
