The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is seeking a highly qualified finance professional to take on this key leadership role. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Finance and Revenue Development position oversees and manages the Finance & Purchasing, Risk Management/Insurance, and Commercial Management & Airline Affairs departments. The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership in the development of people, strategies, policies and programs for all areas of oversight. As a member of the MAC Senior Staff team, the individual selected for this position will be tasked with assisting the organization in maximizing its financial potential. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial management along with demonstrated ability to create new economic value for the organization through innovative and entrepreneurial strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration or a related field
Ten years of progressive leadership experience in financial management
Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and/or cost control for bottom line improvement
Excellent financial analysis skills with ability to translate operational performance into financial performance with a view to improve results
Working knowledge of key financial concepts and processes, including internal controls, internal reporting, cash flow management, cost accounting, analysis and financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, etc.
Five years of professional experience effectively managing people and teams
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex, technical information to audiences not versed in financial matters
A pattern of successful interaction with an executive team and/or governing board of directors
Significant experience presenting to or advising executive committees, public committees, or boards of directors
Ability to work well in and outside of finance and build effective relationships with key partners
Valid driver's license
Pass a credit background check
Master's Degree in a related field
Active CPA license
Experience in airport management or aviation
