The Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey, Idaho, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Airport Operations Manager. This position, under the guidance of the Airport Manager, is responsible for administering the Airport Operations/ARFF (Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting) department to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the airport.

Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, aviation management, airport administration, business administration; seven to ten (7-10) years progressive experience related to airport operations; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work of an Airport Operations Manager.
Demonstrated experience in airport operations at a large general aviation or Part 139 commercial service airport.
Demonstrated experience in snow removal, and Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF), construction, facility maintenance, at a large general aviation or Part 139 commercial service airport.
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience performing in a supervisory/leadership role that includes training, mentorship, as well as cultivating/promoting a positive collaborative culture.
Ability to obtain ARFF Certification and incident command training.
Must reside in or be able to relocate to Blaine County, Idaho.
