The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for assisting in day to day operations and hiring, coaching, developing, disciplining, and terminating staff, as well as ensuring compliance with all Title 49 CFR. Part 1542 Regulations. This position will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining relationships with clients and employees; developing and retaining staff; and coordinating needed support services to effectively run the accounts in order to meet or exceed financial and operational goals while providing quality customer service. This position will provide after-hours response as needed, including, but not limited to, emergency response, discipline issues and will report directly to the Program Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in security or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Within the past five (5) years, must have experience managing or supervising a security operation.
Must have aviation, law enforcement or contract security operations experience.
Skills necessary to develop and implement staffing plans.
Ability to implement lean operational techniques to reduce cost, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance quality in service.
Strong oral and written interpersonal communications skills.
Available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
