Project Manager - Quieter Home Program
San Diego County Regional Airport Authority
1.Plan, organize, execute and monitor QHP construction projects and assigned staff; partner with relevant stakeholders to develop statements of work; develop, maintain and track project timelines and schedules, ensuring projects are completing on-time and within budget. 2.Track project members' progress against commitments; facilitates regular project meetings with stakeholders; communicate milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. 3.Define project roles and responsibilities with the designated project team; manage change in project scope, schedule and cost; prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required. 4.Participate in the consultant selection processes, negotiate agreements and consultant fees; review and approve contractor payment requests and change orders; and provide oversight of contract closeout. 5.Build and maintain relationships with members of the local community; coordinates activities and explains technical aspects of the projects to owners/residents and others; ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

Competencies:
Required Education, Training and Experience:
Depending on experience and qualifications, the hiring range is $85,178 - $112,860.
