The Airport (Colorado Springs Airport) seeks an Administrative Technician to perform a variety of highly responsible and complex administrative support and/or clerical duties.
Essential Job Functions - the basic job duties an employee must be able to perform:
Create various reports and files and compose business correspondence
Track contractual dates and insurance certificates within agreements
Coordinate and schedule various meetings, including business development meetings; attend meetings, and take meeting minutes
Review contractual documents for completion and compliance; input information into leasing software (PropWorks); monitor contract dates for compliance; and file documents
Create PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate invoicing with accounting
Make travel arrangements as required
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Administrative support methods
Advanced report preparation, filing, and record-keeping techniques
Reviewing and comprehending agreements and/or amendments
Modern office technology
Maintain a variety of files and records in a very orderly fashion
Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Successful Candidate Will Also Have:
High school diploma or GED supplemented by additional specialized training in secretarial sciences, accounting, or other related fields
Three years of full-time administrative support and/or clerical accounting experience
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
Experience which demonstrates knowledge of contractual agreements and insurance certificates
Experience which demonstrates knowledge of business development
