1.Provide technical guidance related to physical and virtual server environments, storage area network arrays, domain naming systems, virtual private network appliances, hosted email systems, network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VoIP, and wireless systems; oversee contingency and disaster recovery plans.
2.Manage the review and monitoring of systems performance to achieve optimal system speed and performance; benchmark systems, identify, and implement improvements to reliability and performance; evaluate software and other alternatives, and recommend hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
3.Oversee cybersecurity including conducting vulnerability scanning and penetration testing; maintaining PCI compliance for our credit card processing systems; implement CIS 20 controls using the NIST framework.
4.Manage members of the infrastructure operations team; oversee technical specialists, and vendors; lead the development and maintenance of the systems and infrastructure; manage vendor contracts for systems support and maintenance; participate in the development of information technology policies and procedures.

Required Education, Training and Experience:
Graduation from a college or university with a major in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in information technology management, information systems, or systems development life cycle; at least two years of which were in a supervisory or project leadership capacity.
Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Depending on experience and qualifications, the hiring range is $85,178 - $112,860.
