Clinton National Airport is a seeking an executive professional that will be responsible for managing the Airport's properties, planning, and development activities. This person will also oversee expansion projects, lease agreements, design and construction, and property tax matters.
Successful candidate will manage land acquisition, property tax matters, negotiate development contracts, and coordinate projects requiring AIP, PFC and other federal or state funds. They will oversee the design and construction process for all projects in compliance with the Airport’s Policies and Procedures.
Must operate in accordance with all established FAA, TSA, federal and local laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; five to seven years related work experience and/or training to include managing the daily work of others and performing capital planning and/or project management of grant-funded programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must demonstrate a clear competency level to perform all required duties with minimum supervision.
